Financial Policy

At our office, we strive to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment required. Several factors determine the extent of treatment including the number of canals within a tooth and the complexity of the situation. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Because of the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, an accurate estimate of the costs involved is only possible following an examination.

Payment for endodontic services is due in full at the time treatment is initiated unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment date. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept CareCredit, the nation's leading patient payment plan. If you have questions regarding your account please contact us at 209.232.5846.

For Patients with Insurance Coverage

As a courtesy to you we will make every effort to estimate the amount your insurance will cover and to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Your estimated portion will be due at the time treatment is initiated and we will file your insurance claim for you.

Please realize that insurance companies routinely indicate that verbal coverage verification over the phone does not guarantee payment from the insurance company.  We use the information provided by your insurance company to estimate your out-of-pocket portion of payment. When payment from your insurance company is received and applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you and any overpayment will be refunded.

If it is necessary for us to order laboratory tests such as a biopsy, you will be billed directly by them and will be responsible for payment of that bill.

Our office is dedicated to honoring your appointment time which is reserved exclusively for you. We respect your time and will make every effort to keep your from waiting. We request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to patients who do not reschedule their appointment without adequate notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointment.

As a courtesy, We accept payment from most PPO dental plans.
